Payment and shipping
This policy applies specifically to the purchase and delivery of our Physical Products, such as the annual Calendar.
1. Payment Methods
To ensure a quick and secure transaction, we currently accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Card: We accept major cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All card payments are securely processed through our dedicated payment gateway.
- PayPal: You can choose to pay using your existing PayPal account.
- Security: All payment information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card or financial details.
- Currency: All prices are listed and charged in EUR.
2. Shipping & Processing Times
We process orders only after full payment has been successfully received and verified.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from the date of purchase.
- Shipping Services: We ship via CTT Portugal. Available options and costs will be calculated at checkout.
- International Shipping: We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to longer transit times due to customs clearance, which is beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs, Duties, and Taxes
- Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination address. The final, exact cost will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
- International Customers: Shipments outside of Portugal may incur import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- The customer is solely responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by their home country. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering.
4. Tracking and Delivery Responsibility
- Tracking: A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery Liability: Our responsibility is to properly package your item and deliver it to the selected carrier. Once the package is in the carrier's possession, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you encounter a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
